Open Your Dashboard
Go to ultraclaw.ai/dashboard and navigate to Billing.
Select a New Plan
Choose between Starter (45/mo), or Dedicated ($99/mo). See Plan Comparison for a full breakdown.
Upgrading
When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately:- New features are available right away
- You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Your next bill reflects the new plan price
Downgrading
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle:- You keep your current plan’s features until the cycle ends
- Your next bill reflects the lower plan price
- Features exclusive to the higher plan are removed when the new cycle begins
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.Go to Billing

What Happens When You Cancel

| Conversation History | Retained for 30 days — resubscribe to restore access |
| Workspace Files | Retained for 30 days alongside conversation history |
| Dedicated Phone Number | Released immediately upon cancellation |
| Unused Monthly Credits | Forfeited at the end of the billing cycle |
| Top-Up Credits | Retained for 30 days — resubscribe to restore your balance |
Changed your mind? Resubscribe within 30 days and your conversation history, workspace files, and any remaining top-up credits are fully restored.

- Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from your sign-up date
- Payment methods: All major credit and debit cards
- Receipts: Emailed automatically after each charge; also available in your dashboard
- Currency: All prices are in USD
