This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the UltraClaw platform, including our website at ultraclaw.ai, our dashboard, and all messaging channels through which you interact with your AI agent (iMessage, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and web chat).

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:
  • Phone number — used for account verification and to connect your AI agent via iMessage and other messaging channels
  • Name — provided during registration
  • Email address — if provided, used for account communications and support

2.2 Payment Information

When you subscribe to a plan or purchase token credits, our third-party payment processor collects:
  • Credit or debit card number
  • Billing address
  • Transaction history
We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

2.3 Agent Configuration

We store the configuration data you provide to customize your AI agent, including:
  • Workspace files (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, and other configuration files)
  • Integration connections and permissions you authorize
  • Model preferences and settings
  • Scheduled tasks and automation rules

2.4 User Content and Messages

When you interact with your AI agent, we collect and store:
  • Messages you send to your agent across all channels
  • Agent responses generated on your behalf
  • Files and media you share with your agent (images, documents, voice messages)
  • Conversation memory — summaries and key information your agent retains to provide continuity across sessions

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:
  • Device type and operating system
  • Messaging channel used
  • Timestamps of interactions
  • Token usage and consumption data
  • Feature usage patterns

2.6 Communications

If you contact our support team, we collect the content of your communications, including emails and support widget messages.

  • Provide and maintain the Service — deliver AI agent functionality, process messages, maintain conversation memory, and execute scheduled tasks
  • Process payments — manage subscriptions, billing, and token credit purchases
