> Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your UltraClaw subscription anytime from your dashboard.

# Manage Your Subscription

UltraClaw subscriptions are flexible — no contracts, no commitments, no cancellation fees. Everything is managed from your dashboard.

## Change Your Plan

    Choose between Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($45/mo), or Dedicated (\$99/mo). See [Plan Comparison](/plans/comparison) for a full breakdown.

  <Step title="Confirm the Change">
    Review the pricing difference and confirm. Changes take effect immediately.

### Upgrading

When you upgrade, the change takes effect **immediately**:

* New features are available right away
* You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
* Your next bill reflects the new plan price

<Tip>
  Upgrading from Pro to Dedicated? Your dedicated phone number is provisioned automatically within minutes. Check your dashboard for the number.

### Downgrading

When you downgrade, the change takes effect **at the end of your current billing cycle**:

* You keep your current plan's features until the cycle ends
* Your next bill reflects the lower plan price
* Features exclusive to the higher plan are removed when the new cycle begins

<Warning>
  Downgrading from Dedicated to Pro or Starter will release your dedicated phone number. This action cannot be undone — if you upgrade again later, you'll receive a new number.

## Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

    Confirm that you want to cancel.

    You retain full access to your agent until the end of your current billing cycle.

### What Happens When You Cancel

| **AI Agent**               | Stops responding at the end of your billing cycle          |
| **Integrations**           | All connected services are disconnected                    |
| **Conversation History**   | Retained for 30 days — resubscribe to restore access       |
| **Workspace Files**        | Retained for 30 days alongside conversation history        |
| **Dedicated Phone Number** | Released immediately upon cancellation                     |
| **Unused Monthly Credits** | Forfeited at the end of the billing cycle                  |
| **Top-Up Credits**         | Retained for 30 days — resubscribe to restore your balance |

## Billing Details

* **Billing cycle**: Monthly, starting from your sign-up date
* **Payment methods**: All major credit and debit cards
* **Receipts**: Emailed automatically after each charge; also available in your dashboard
* **Currency**: All prices are in USD
